In this Video Editorial I am demonstrating and explaining the importance of cutting board safety & hygiene. It is essential that your cutting board is safe and stable before you start cutting. An unstable cutting board can cause accidents! The colour coded cutting board system makes it easy to identify the correct cutting board (colour) for the right product group. The colour coded cutting board system as well assists avoiding cross contamination between products. Nevertheless you still need to clean and sanitise your cutting board, tool, equipment, hands and knifes after each use and in particular if you move from raw to cooked (ready to eat) products and items.
